Membership
Membership on INCITS DPP is open to all US National Interested Parties interested in the activity of the US TAG. A US National Interested Party is directly and materially interested in the relevant standards activity and is: 
  1. a corporation or an organization domiciled in the US; or
  2. a US branch office of a foreign company registered or authorized to do business in one or more US states or territories2; or
  3. a US federal, state or local government entity; or
  4. a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
2A US Nationally Interested Party does not include employees of other ISO or IEC National Member Bodies (NMB). Such employees should participate in international standards development through their own NMB.
 
Membership Requests

Membership requests by a US National Interested Party shall be addressed to the US TAG Administrator (Jennifer Garner – jgarner@itic.org), and shall:

  • Indicate whether voting or non-voting observer (advisory) membership is requested;
  • Include the applicant's direct and material interest in the US TAG's work and willingness to participate actively;
  • Indicate the applicant’s interest category based on their affiliation; and
  • Identify the applicant’s principal representative and provide the principal’s full contact information.
  • A signed INCITSDPP membership agreement shall be submitted with the membership request for organizations that do not already have a signed INCITS membership agreement in place.
  • If the applicant is a representative of an organization, company, or government agency, and an alternate is desired, the alternate shall also be identified.
