Added following info to Summary slide:

some members have voiced that Option 1 is the way to go

dependent on optical module support for 4 modulations
LSN use 28.050 Gbps NRZ
64GFC => 28.9 Gbps PAM4
128GFC => 56.1 Gbps PAM4
256GFC => 112.2 Gbps PAM4

Single Lane 256GFC support during LSN.

Options considered are:
1) 28.05 Gbps NRZ, Extended Marker = 00
2) 56.1 Gbps NRZ, Extended Marker = 00
