Hi,

These Powerpoint slides describe two possible options for advertising Single Lane 256GFC support during LSN.

Options considered are:
1) 28.05 Gbps NRZ, Extended Marker = 00
2) 56.1 Gbps NRZ, Extended Marker = 00

change notes from v0 to v1:
===========================
slide3, to be consistent, change 2bits to 2 UI for

slide 5, added the key takeaways which are "lock acquired" and "lock lost" bullet items

slide 12, since 28.05 Gbps NRZ is used for LSN to be backward compatible, then 28.05 Gbps NRZ/32GFC also added as another mission mode option to 256GFC Device

slide 13, added new slide to show 256GFC device negotiating with 32GFC device.

slide 21, since 28.05 Gbps NRZ is used for LSN to be backward compatible, then 28.05 Gbps NRZ/32GFC also added as another mission mode option to 256GFC Device

slide 22, added new slide to show 256GFC device negotiating with 32GFC device.

slide 26, changed "support 5 modulation schemes?" to "support more than 3 modulation schemes?". Added "32GFC LSN & 32GFC"

slide 29, added "dependent on optical module support for 4 - 5 modulations"
