Awards

The INCITS Awards Program provides an opportunity for the INCITS community to recognize and celebrate individuals who have made significant contributions to standards development through their technical expertise, leadership, and effective committee participation. These awards honor the dedicated volunteers whose efforts help drive consensus, advance innovation, and develop high-quality standards. INCITS encourages nominations for the technical experts, contributors, and committee leaders whose commitment and expertise make these achievements possible. Questions, comments, and nominations may be submitted to lbarra@itic.org.

Selection Process:

The INCITS Awards Ad Hoc reviews the nominations and selects the Award recipients. Selections are based on how well each nomination aligns with the criteria outlined in the award description - so don’t hold back! The more specific examples and details you include, the better we can appreciate the nominee’s contributions and assess their impact for an award. Note: In some cases, the Awards Committee may choose to recognize a nominee with a different award that better reflects their contributions.
