        Hi,

Based on feedback from a T11-2021-00252-v0002.pptx powerpoint presentation made during the FC-PI-8 meeting on 10/2021, this slideset contains a proposal to modify FC-FS-6 Figure 44 and Figure 46.

These changes are as follows:

1. Need to indicate "tx_out" in Figure 44 and Figure 46

2. Move Bit Interleaving function to be sequentially after Symbol Forwarding function in Figure 44
