Hello Steve,
If and when physical meetings are approved, would vaccination be required in order to attend?

Subject: [fibre_channel] RE: Hybrid Meeting Ballot
WOOT WOOT
Hello,
INCITS is going to issue a T11 letter ballot on Wednesday May 12th asking that the T11 committee approve hybrid meetings through the end of 2021. This includes the August, October, and December meetings. According to the new INCITS policy,
the INCITS EB has the final say and must approve the hybrid meetings as well.
Approval of hybrid meetings for T11 by the committee and the EB allows T11 to determine if and when hybrid meetings will take place in 2021. If T11 and the EB approves the hybrid meetings then T11 can begin planning for items such as conference
requirements and facilities at the contracted hotels.
I chose to issue the letter ballot rather than wait for the June meeting to give the August (Santa Fe) hotel some additional time to address our requirements to make the first hybrid meeting a success.
Please make sure and vote as soon as possible after the letter ballot has been issued. The ballot is open for 14 days and requires a 2/3 affirmative vote of the committee.
