The DSCP table in F.3 looks like it needs some changes.  Please take a look at RFC 4594 ( for how DSCPs are generally used, and RFC 5865 (, is an addition for admission-controlled voice traffic.  I’m willing to help with the F.3 changes and Diffserv in general, as I’ve done quite a bit of Diffserv work at IETF.
